DEFINE
Figuring out your true wants and needs
Define is the stage where I start to think of what my country would be like after knowing myself better through the empathy map.
Based on my empathy map, I began to understand more about the country I would like to create.
A SHORT SUMMARY OF WHAT MY COUNTRY WILL BE LIKE...

My ideal country will be a country inspired by imaginations and reality.

My country prioritizes the enjoy of life by the people as well as the balance between work and life in an ideal state.

My country should also be surrounded by the nature like the Sun, the Moon, water and land. And also, my country will be designed to be an island, so it would have beaches and waters surrounding it.

My country is an artistic island with people as gems' of the country.
I divided my initial ideas about my country into NEEDS and WANTS to have a clearer image of my country in mind.

NAME OF COUNTRY
Reverie
Reverie means a state of being pleasantly lost in one's thought; a daydream.
Reverie is one of my favourite piano pieces composed by Claude Debussy. The melody of the pieces always make me feel of losing track of all things reality for a magical place of memories and thoughts. I think Reverie is just simple and nice as the name of my country as I hope life in Reverie will be built of dreams, passion and imaginations.
NATIONAL IDENTITIES
NATIONAL FLAG
A national flag represents its country. My country flag will be rich in symbolism, meaningful and memorable.
NATIONAL FLOWER
My national flower will be lotus. The lotus flower symbolizes the purity of heart and mind. I wish the people of my country are able to follow their heart freely to live the life they wish to.
NATIONAL ANIMAL
My national animal is whale. Seeing the whale totem swimming is a symbol of good luck to many people. It symbolizes limitless creativity that will make all your biggest dreams possible by keeping you inspired.
NATIONAL ANTHEM
I would my national anthem to be simple and melodious with strong feelings towards the country. Just like Reverie, a harmonious and soothing melody.
NATIONAL DAY
National day falls on 03 April, which everyone celebrates together happily. People put up lanterns to light up the sky in Reverie.

WHERE?
Reverie is located below the northern sky, just right below the Cetus constellation, which represents the whale.
WHAT IS THE FORM OF LAND?
Reverie is a beautiful island in the middle of the sea. The island has a combination of land form and underwater city, which people can live both on land as well as underwater.
POLITICS
WHAT WILL BE THE RULING SYSTEM IN MY COUNTRY?
Democracy
Democracy is a form of government in which the people have the authority to choose their governing legislation. In Reverie, all citizens vote for their leader every 5 years. People have their right to choose the government which is able to lead the country the best equally.
JUDICIARY
RULE OF LAW
Although Reverie is a country which encourges the state of mind of freedom and passionate, an organized and strict ruling system is necessary to mantain peace and justice, as well as protecting the country.

Laws to protect human rights, such as freedom of expression, equality, education, safety, poverty.
LAW OF NATURE
Laws to protect and sustain the nature in order the maintain a balance and harmonious relationship between people and nature which includes laws about animals, natural resources and energy.
LAW OF DREAM
Laws to make imagination and reality come true. It only exists in Reverie.
LAW OF ALL
The development of the Rule of Law is the prerequisite for a country’s social and economic development. The rule of law matters to all of us, to the entire human family. Wherever we live, however we look, regardless of ethnicity, gender, geographic location, or class - strengthening the rule of law is an essential ingredient to enhance justice, peace, and economic and social progress. Improvement of law in Reverie is always being considered based on the country and people's needs.
ECONOMY
SOURCE OF INCOME
Surrounded by the sea with an amazing underwater city, Reverie is a gifted island. There are many natural resources can be found which creates great opportunities for the country's income. Although Reverie is a lost world, the economy is still highly developed with mixed economy, especially in the marine technology. It has a high standard of living and a strong integrated welfare system.

COMPULSARY EDUCATION
People in Reverie starts going to school from the age of 4 to high school. The educational system consists of a 3-year kindergarten (4-6 years old), 6-year primary school, 5-year high school and also tertiary education which is not a must but encouraged. Besides knowledge being taught, Reverie also focuses on mental development, self independence and morality of all students.
